Who processes your data

The party responsible for the data we receive through this site is Marisol Regidor, Tax ID (CUIT) 27-33601712-8, with registered address at Arenales 1239, Recoleta, CABA, Argentina. For any questions about your data: marisol@regidor.studio.

What data we collect

From the contact form: name, email, phone (optional), project type, approximate size, estimated timeline and the message you write.

From the studio's mailing list: only your email address.

When you write to us through the form, along with what you fill in we receive the source of your visit: the link or campaign that brought you here, the site you came from and the first page you viewed. We add it to your inquiry for one purpose only: to learn which channels bring us inquiries. We don't use it to show you ads or share it for commercial purposes. If you don't send the form, we never receive it; by sending it, you agree that we keep it together with your inquiry.

From browsing: aggregated, anonymous site-usage statistics — pages viewed, visit source, device type. Only if you accept cookies do Meta and Google record your visit to measure our ads and site statistics (see "Cookies").

If you write to us on WhatsApp from a button on the site, the message opens with a pre-written tag (for example, "[web-contacto]") so we know which page you came from; you see it before sending and can delete it. The conversation goes through WhatsApp, a Meta Platforms service that processes your number and app usage data under its own policies, on servers outside Argentina. We use that conversation only to reply to you and follow up on your inquiry.

What we use them for

Contact form data is used only to answer your inquiry and follow up on a potential project.

The mailing list email is used to notify you about events and exhibitions at Espacio Regidor and to send you studio updates. You can unsubscribe anytime via the link included in every email.

We don't use your data for third-party advertising, and we never sell it to anyone.

Who we share it with

To run the site, our email and our contact database, we use cloud, email, analytics and advertising providers with servers outside Argentina, mainly in the United States. With each of them we have accepted their data processing terms, which require them to use your information only to provide their service to us. By sending us your data, you give your express consent to that international transfer, which is necessary for us to reply to you. If you'd like to know exactly which companies they are, write to us and we'll send you the list.

We don't share your data with any third party for commercial purposes.

How long we keep it

We only keep what we need. If you contacted us and the project didn't move forward, we keep your data and the source of your inquiry for up to 24 months from our last contact, because interior design projects are often picked up again later; after that we delete it or remove anything that identifies you. If you're a client, we keep it for as long as the relationship lasts and then for the periods required by accounting and tax rules. In Google Analytics, detailed visit data is deleted after 14 months; only totals that don't identify anyone remain.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification or deletion of your data by writing to marisol@regidor.studio. We respond within the timeframes set by Argentina's Ley 25.326 (Personal Data Protection Law).

The AGENCIA DE ACCESO A LA INFORMACIÓN PÚBLICA, in its capacity as the Control Authority under Ley N° 25.326, is empowered to handle the complaints and claims filed by individuals whose rights have been affected by non-compliance with regulations in force regarding the protection of personal data.

Cookies

We keep two things in your browser, without cookies: the source of your visit, only while the tab is open (session storage), and your choice in the cookie notice, for 12 months (local storage), so we don't ask you every time. Even though they aren't cookies, we handle them with the same care, which is why we tell you about them. Meta and Google cookies are only switched on if you tap "Accept" in the notice; if you tap "Reject", nothing from those providers is loaded. You can change your choice anytime from "Cookie preferences" in the footer of every page.

We only use cookies if you give us permission in the notice shown when you arrive. If you tap "Reject", none are set and we don't measure your visit.

If you tap "Accept", two kinds of cookies are switched on. Advertising: Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads set cookies to measure how many visits and inquiries come from our ads and to show you the studio's ads on their platforms; they last up to 90 days. Analytics: Google Analytics sets cookies to count, in aggregate, visits, page views and inquiries sent, and to know where you came from; they last up to 2 years. In both cases those providers process the information under their own policies, on servers outside Argentina.

You can change your choice anytime from "Cookie preferences" in the footer of every page. If you withdraw your permission, we delete the cookies Meta and Google store on our site; the ones they store on their own domains can be deleted from your browser settings. Your choice is remembered for 12 months in your browser (without cookies).

The record of how you reached the site (for example, from which ad or search) is kept in your tab, doesn't use cookies and doesn't depend on this notice.

Changes

If we update this policy, we'll change the date at the top of the page.
