What data we collect
From the contact form: name, email, phone (optional), project type, approximate size, estimated timeline and the message you write.
From the studio's mailing list: only your email address.
From browsing: aggregated, anonymous site-usage statistics — pages viewed, visit source, device type. We don't use tracking cookies or profile individual users.
What we use them for
Contact form data is used only to answer your inquiry and follow up on a potential project.
The mailing list email is used to notify you about events and exhibitions at Espacio Regidor and to send you studio updates. You can unsubscribe anytime via the link included in every email.
We don't use your data for third-party advertising, and we never sell it to anyone.
Who we share it with
With the providers that run the site: Vercel (hosting) and Resend (email delivery and, if you join the studio's mailing list, registering your email as a contact in their email marketing platform), both with servers outside Argentina. By sending us your data, you consent to that international transfer, which is necessary for us to respond to you or keep you updated.
We don't share your data with any third party for commercial purposes.
How long we keep it
For as long as needed to respond to you and, if the project moves forward, for as long as the business relationship lasts. You can request its deletion at any time.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification or deletion of your data by writing to marisol@regidor.studio. We respond within the timeframes set by Argentina's Ley 25.326 (Personal Data Protection Law).
The AGENCIA DE ACCESO A LA INFORMACIÓN PÚBLICA, in its capacity as the Control Authority under Ley N° 25.326, is empowered to handle the complaints and claims filed by individuals whose rights have been affected by non-compliance with regulations in force regarding the protection of personal data.
